martins-point-buildingTom Hall, Scarborough Town Manager, and Carol Rancourt, Vice Chair of the Scarborough Seniors Program Advisory Board joined Martin’s Point staff for a ribbon cutting at their new health care center on Route 1.  Built on the site of the former Scarborough Commons office building that was destroyed by fire in September of 2014, the new Martin’s Point center will be open for business next week, starting on January 9th.  Along with the new health center, Martin’s Point is partnering with the Town to provide access to new community space that was designed as part of the building.  The space will be the new home of the senior lunch program and will provide much needed space for other community activities.
