Fluid Imaging Technologies joined the Scarborough community in July 2013. The manufacture the FlowCam, the first automated instrument to use flow cytometry and digital imaging for analyzing microscopic particles and cells in a fluid medium. Applications include oceanographic research, biofuels, bio pharmaceutical formulations, process water management, and oil and gas markets.
